Partner Yoga Workshop with Maggie

Celebrate Valentine’s Day early. Join Maggie on Saturday, February 11th from 3-5pm.

This workshop is perfect for couples or friends.

You will guide and assist your partner/friend to find a deeper opening and relaxation in each
pose.

This practice wil be followed by a guided Thaiyoga bodywork session.

Thaiyoga bodywork combines deep tissue compression,
acupressure, energyline work and assisted yoga poses.

You will practice both giving and receiving this relaxing process.

The workshop will end with a guided meditation.

$35 per person/$30 per person.

Members receive a 10% discount.

Aspiring Teacher Class

Yoga Teacher Trainees from Vertical Soul’s current teacher training program will be teaching Saturday’s at noon.

When new yoga teachers finish a teacher training they have lots of tools to be a great teacher but often lack teaching experience. Now they have a chance to practice teaching group classes. This class is donation based and all proceeds will be donated to Northland Family Help Center. Their mission is to provide a safe haven, advocacy, counseling and education to promote and restore healthy relationships.

Here is the line up for the Aspiring Teacher class. Attend these classes to show support for these new teachers and Northland Family Help Center.
