Plants & Poses: Mullein — Finding Alignment

Join us for Plants & Poses, a monthly herbalism and yoga workshop at Northern Arizona Yoga Center in Flagstaff, where plant medicine, mindful movement, and community come together to support your body, mind, and spirit through the seasons.

On Friday, May 23rd, we’ll be working with Mullein, a deeply supportive plant traditionally used to nourish the lungs, soothe the respiratory system, and promote clarity and ease in both breath and body. Known for its gentle yet powerful presence, Mullein invites us to slow down, clear space, and reconnect with our natural rhythm.

This month’s theme, Finding Alignment, explores how physical alignment in the body mirrors inner balance. Through a grounding yoga practice, herbal education, and guided meditation, we’ll focus on building stability, opening breath pathways, and cultivating a sense of easeful support from the inside out.
