Join Edgar and Brea for a Valentine’s Day Acro Yoga Workshop designed to introduce the foundations of acro yoga in a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment. This beginner-level class is open to all bodies and experience levels, whether you’re brand new to acro or looking to refine your fundamentals.

Together, we’ll explore the building blocks of acro yoga, including partner communication, trust, balance, and play, while learning accessible poses and transitions. Emphasis will be placed on safety, spotting, and clear communication, creating a space where participants can feel confident and supported.

You’re welcome to come with a partner or on your own—partners will be rotated, and community connection is encouraged. Expect a lighthearted, grounding experience that blends movement, laughter, and presence.
