Sound Bath for a Cause

Join us for a calming and immersive sound bath experience led by visiting sound practitioner Brooke Susan. Using gongs and crystal singing bowls, this 75–90 minute journey is designed to help you release tension, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of inner stillness.

This special midweek gathering is offered as a fundraiser, with proceeds supporting a local charity. Come as you are and allow yourself to be guided into a deeply restorative state through sound and vibration.
