Slow down and savor a deeply nourishing evening of movement, breath, and herbal tea.
Join Heather McCleester, professional intuitive herbalist and owner of Potion Tea & Bakery Co., and Breanna Lengyel, E-RYT 500 yoga instructor and amateur herbalist, for a unique candlelit experience blending yoga and tea tasting.
Participants will sample four non-caffeinated herbal teas, with Heather guiding you through the ingredients and energetic effects of each blend. Between tastings, Brea will lead gentle breathwork and short yoga flows, exploring how intentional tea consumption can support and enhance your yoga practice.
