Slow down, reconnect, and nourish your body and mind during this deeply relaxing candlelit yoga and herbal tea tasting experience.
Join Heather McCleester, professional intuitive herbalist and owner of Potion Tea & Bakery Co., and Breanna Lengyel, E-RYT 500 yoga instructor and amateur herbalist, for a unique evening that blends gentle yoga, breathwork, and herbal tea exploration.
Throughout the evening, participants will sample four caffeine-free herbal teas, each thoughtfully crafted to support relaxation, balance, and well-being. Heather will guide you through the herbal ingredients, flavors, and energetic properties of each tea, helping you understand how different herbs can support the body and nervous system.
