Join Darcy Blue, herbalist, and Breanna Lengyel, E-RYT 500 yoga instructor and amateur herbalist, for a unique evening that blends gentle yoga, breathwork, and herbal tea exploration.

Throughout the evening, participants will sample four caffeine-free herbal teas, each thoughtfully crafted to support relaxation, balance, and well-being. Heather will guide you through the herbal ingredients, flavors, and energetic properties of each tea, helping you understand how different herbs can support the body and nervous system.

Between tastings, Brea will lead gentle yoga flows and calming breathwork, creating space to feel how each tea interacts with your body and enhances your practice. This slow, mindful format allows you to experience the powerful connection between herbal wellness, yoga, and intentional rest.
